WelbeHealth provides full-service healthcare and personalized support to help seniors age well at home and in their community. Their Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) meets the changing needs of seniors, often at no cost. WelbeHealth operates a fleet of 200 vehicles, completing approximately 9,000 trips annually. WelbeHealth is committed to improving quality of life through reliable and efficient services.

Challenges Before TripMaster

Before TripMaster, WelbeHealth managed its transportation manually using Excel. This system made route optimization, KPI tracking, and load balancing inefficient and time-consuming. Urban traffic, rural complexities, and the lack of automated tools further compounded the difficulty of meeting participants’ needs.Reporting was very time consuming and inaccurate.
